Introduction:
Besan chilla, a common North Indian breakfast, is a light snack that is healthy and only takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. Jaldi mein ho ya kuch halka aur tasty banana chahte hain, isn't that dish especially un logon ke liye perfect?
📝 Ingredients (2-3 servings):

Method:
Baking Banayein: In a mixing bowl, add the besan daal kar sab sabziyan and then add the masale. Dheere-dheere paani daal kar ek lump-free, silky batter banaayein. Pancake jaise consistency na zyada patla ho na zyada gaadha.
Garam Karein Tawa: This non-stick iron tawa has a medium flame. Thoda sa tel ya ghee daalein.
Chilla Sekhna: Ek karchi batter lein aur tawa par gol gol failaayein. One or two teaspoons of tel daal kar dono taraf se golden brown hone tak sekhein. Two to three minutes lagga har chilla ko.
Serve Karna: Saath garama garam serve karein dhaniya chutney, dahi, and ketchup.
