Ingredients for Bibimbap:

2 cups cooked white rice (short grain preferred)

How to Make Bibimbap Step-by-Step:
First Step: Get the veggies ready.
Separately, sauté the carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms in sesame oil with a dash of salt. Put aside.Step 2: Prepare the sauce.
Combine water, sugar, vinegar, garlic, gochujang, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the egg.
Fry one egg with the yolk still slightly runny, sunny side up.Step 4: Put the bowl together.
Fill a bowl with warm rice. Cover the rice with a neat arrangement of each vegetable. Put the egg in the middle.Step 5: Serve with sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with gochujang sauce. Before eating, combine everything!

For an added tangy taste, add kimchi.
Dolsot bibimbap, which is made with extra-crisp rice at the bottom, can be prepared in a stone pot.
