 Detailed Recipe for Chicken Manchurian:

First, prepare the chicken balls.

Combine chicken, cornflour, flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Make tiny balls out of it.

Step 2: Fry it deeply.

The balls should be deep-fried in hot oil over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Put aside.
